Alfreda L. Williams is a native of Monroe, Georgia. Williams received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Georgia State University where she graduated with honors. After receiving her bachelor's degree, she accepted a full scholarship to Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge. While at Southern, Williams was inductive into the American Inns of Court, served on the Women in Law panel, was a member Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Association.
Williams continues to be progressive in her community as an attorney member of the Legal Redress Committee for the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, devoted member of Christian Growth Cathedral Church in Conyers, Georgia where she is part of the missionary team and various other outreach programs, founder of Pleasant Expressions Dance Team at Pleasant Hill A.M.E. Zion Church, volunteer for the Hosea Williams Feed the Hungry and Homeless, volunteer for Mothers Against Drunk Driving, volunteer with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, and plays an active role in various local community political activities.
Alfreda L. Williams is admitted to practice law in all Georgia State Courts and the United States District Court for the State of Georgia. Williams is a member of the National Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, the American Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, the Litigation Section, Business Section, and Family Law Section of the Atlanta Bar.
